Clubs

Use a private network to both help manage internal activities as well as sharing content with other members in your club.

Use Case Examples

Different ways a club can use a private network solution.

  • Operational Activities: Store resources you use to help manage your club, including for your own website or blog if applicable, or other utility and infrastructure costs.

  • Schedule Events: Add a folder for different club events, including recurring events for weekly or monthly get-togethers and an email alert to notify others hours, days or weeks beforehand. Share photos from the event in documents.

  • Organize a Trip: Add sub-folders for destinations, with websites to help with logistics, a note for an itinerary or sharing photos from the trip in documents.

  • Posting Results: Add the scores of a recent event to a note with a numbered list, inform others with a quick email notification with the note automatically included for efficient distribution.

  • Manage a Project: For something more elaborate, such as a holiday party, add actions of items needed, others can volunteer for different actions by simply clicking the Take button.

Types of Users

Add Basic users to view, add or edit content from folders you’ve shared with them. If users are more involved, they can be changed to Advanced users to create and share their own folders or content.

Application Examples

Within each folder are different applications to use as needed.

  • Documents: Share photos from past events, view in slideshow mode.

  • Websites: Store regularly used websites with others in your network.

  • Events: Schedule events, including with an email alert.

  • Notes: Make a short task list for new project or event.

  • Actions: Organize a project, add the priority, status, owner and due date.

  • Contacts: Share locations, emails and phone numbers.

  • News: Add blogs or a news search of topics related to your club.
