Overview
What type of documents can be stored?
While you can upload or download any file type needed, the Odysen network is catered more for application files (word, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs), and photos or images. For images, there are preview and other viewing options.
What happens if I use more storage than my plan allows?
If the storage used in your network gets near your plan limit, you'll receive an email notification so you can make any appropriate changes. If the storage goes beyond your plan limit, the additional storage is billed at the plan rate with no interuption in service. This additional storage used is charged in 1 GB increments and is scalable, allowing you to only pay for the storage being used. The storage amount is measured at the same monthly basis that your network subscription is renewed.
How can I sort my Documents?
You can organize or sort your files by clicking on any of the column headers when view your documents list. These being their name, date uploaded, who uploaded and the size of the file and the document type.

How do I add a new document or file?
You can add a new document or file by clicking the "Create" button, select a file to upload from your computer, add a name of the uploaded file and description if appropriate, click Save and you're done.
Is there slideshow available for photos?
Yes. Just highlight any of the photos within a folder, click the "Slideshow" button and a window will open up showing you the photo you highlighted, along with forward and back buttons to go through the other photos stored in your folder.
How can I view only the audio or music files available?
This can be done with clicking the Audio filter button, helpful to quickly see your music files. Whether in a specific folder or especially when viewing all your files in the All folder.
How can I just view the photos or images in my network?
View only your photos or images by clicking the Images filter, additionally sort them by clicking on any of the column headers, such as the Name or Date uploaded.
How can I view only the video files in my network?
This is done by clicking the filter labeled Video, helpful to quickly sort through and view only video files, especially when viewing all your files in the All folder.
How do I move a document from one folder to another folder?
You can move a document or file to other folders by simply highlighting the file and clicking the "Move" button. From here you can select the new folder location, click Save, and the file will be moved to its' new folder.
How can I inform others of a new document that I've uploaded?
After you've uploaded a new document, you can send them an email notification to let them know. In the email will include a link, taking them directly to the file from your network.
