Overview
How do I add a new event?
You can add a new event by first highlighting the folder you'd like to add an event to, followed by clicking the Events tab, concluding with clicking the button labeled "Create". A new window will appear where you can add the name of the event, the times and date (or dates if recurring), as well as a brief description.
Can I set up a recurring event?
Yes, options include for setting up daily events, weekly, monthly, or annual events. When creating a new event, just select the option for "Recurring", following by your preference in how often to repeat.
How do I share an event with others?
Sharing events, as well as any other applications in a folder, is done through Contacts. This allows you to set up and share a folder one time and it doesn't have to repeated anytime afterwards, such as for any new events added.
What is the best way to inform others of a new event?
After you add a new event, even though the folder is already shared with them, you can additionally send them a quick email notification to let them know the event has been added. In the email will include a link that will take them directly to the event that you just added. This can be helpful to either provide feedback with a comment, or to view other content associated with the event in the same folder, such as other actions or websites for the event.
How do I remove or delete an event?
To delete an event, just highlight the event and click the "Delete" button. Event though past events will no longer show up in your current day, week, or month views, they'll still be shown in the list view, where the event was originally created. This allows you to use for later reference, such as simply updating the date if it's an event happening regularly.

How do I move an event to a different folder?
You can move an event to another location or folder by simply highlighting the event, clicking the "Move" button, and selecting the new folder location.
How can I create an alert for an event?
You can create an email alert for any events you have by simply clicking on the name of the event followed by clicking the "Create Alert" button. From this, you can arrange to receive the alert either minutes, hours, days or weeks before the event. You can add additional text or notes for your email notification or modify at a later time if needed.
Where can I view any alerts I've set up?
Any event alerts that have been created can be seen on the bottom toolbar of your network. You can also highlight the area and view all of your alerts on a single page.
What event is displayed on the bottom left corner of my screen?
If you have an upcoming event, that event name, date and time is displayed in that location for your quick reference, but still minimalistic and non-distracting.
View Options
How can I see the events from all my folders?
While it can be helpful to create different events each in their respective project or folder, you can simply click the "All" folder to view the events integrated from across your network. From here you can either click the name of the event to view details or add comments, as well as click a folder icon to go directly to the item in its' respective folder.
How can I see my events in day view?
You can view your event in the Day view by clicking the filter button labeled "Day", right next to the calendar symbol with the date included. The Day view shows the events you have for each hour of the day, with comma separations for multiple events in a single hour timeframe.
How can I see my events in a week view?
View your events over the course of a week by clicking button labeled "Week", this will display all your events for each day. You can maximize to full screen to get a better view if needed.
How can I see my events in a month view?
This is done by clicking the filter button of the actual month, such as if the month is November, the button displayed will be "November". The month view shows your events for each day of the month, with an option to enlarge the view to full-screen for better viewing.
