What is the best way to use the Pages application?
The Pages application allows you to add content from the other applications in the form of widgets. While the initial setup for each page includes a widget from each of the applications, you can remove these and replace with others as appropriate, even from other folders. This allows you to independently integrate a variety of different types of content most appropriate for the task at hand.
How can I re-arrange the layout of applications or widgets displayed?
You can change the layout to whatever you prefer by simply clicking the title bar of the application and dragging or moving it to its' new location. Create and remove applications as needed to better fit your page display.

How do I add a new Page?
You can add a new page by first highlighting the folder you'd like to a page to, click the Pages tab, followed by clicking the button labeled "Create". By default, the page added will include a widget from each of the applications in the folder to make things a little smoother. Of course, you can remove any of these widgets or add new ones as appropriate.
How do I add new applications or widgets to a page?
To add a new application or widget to a page, just click the drop-drop labeled "Add Content" and select the application you'd like to add, followed by confirming the specific folder location.
Can I add applications from other folders onto a page?
Yes. While most of the time you'll be adding widgets from the same folder, as there's always exceptions this option is available. This can be helpful when organizing a page in a parent folder and using widgets from various sub-folders.
How can I inform others of a new page created?
You can let others know that a new page has been added by sending them a quick email notification. They can click on the link provided in the email and go directly to the page you've created.
How can I sort Pages in a folder?
To help organize your pages, especially from the All folder, you can sort the pages by either their name, the author or when the page has been last updated.
