User Types
What types of users are available to setup?
Within your account, you can set up users with the permissions of Administrator, Advanced, or Basic permission settings. This allows you to set up users at different levels of account activity. Administrators can add new users, Advanced users can create and share new folders, and Basic users can add and share application content.
What can the Administrator do?
The Administrator is responsible for managing users on the account, the account personalization, as well as billing. For users, this includes adding users as either Advanced or Basic users.
What can Advanced users do?
Advanced users can create and share folders with other users, as well as create, edit, or remove application content within the folders.
What can Basic users do?
While Basic users cannot create and share new folders, they can create or edit application content within the applications.
User Personalization
How do I change my user profile settings?
Users can change their user profile settings by just clicking their user name on the top right corner of any page. From here, you can edit your display name, login name, password, location, phone, email and role or occupation.
What's the difference between a user name and a login name?
A user name is the name that is displayed to others in your network. This can be more personable, include spaces such as for a first and last name. The login name is what you use to log into your Odysen network, cannot include spaces. The users email address is the default initial username but this can be changed at any time by the user.
How can I change the language of my network?
Users can quickly change the language of their network by simply clicking the "Language" link on the top right of any page once logged in.
If I change the time zone, will all my events change?
Yes. So if you're using Odysen to schedule a trip to a different time zone, you can simple change your timezone in your user profile settings, and all your events will be updated to that new timezone.
