Overview
What are some of the benefits of website bookmarking in private network?
When you share websites with others in a private network, you're effectively creating your own Internet for your group. A list of websites to easily organize and go through, without having to spend time going through a search engine and all the spam sites or ads that come with it.
How do I access a website from my network?
To access a website displayed in your network, just click the link "Go To" right next to the name of the link, which will open the website in a new tab. If you click on the name of the website, this link will open the website application item, show information about the website, description and any comments that others from your network have added.
How do I share websites with others?
You don't have to as this is already done in the Contacts application. This allows you to share the folder with others just once and all content added afterwards will already be shared.
Features
How do I add a new website?
To add a new website, just highlight the folder you'd like to add it to, click the Websites tab and finally click the button "Create". Once done, you can add your own name of the website, the website link or URL, as well as a brief description.
If I send an email notification of a new website that I add, do recipients have to log into Odysen to get to the website?
That is up to the recipient of the email but is not needed. Any email notification of a website will automatically include both a link to the actual website, as well as a link to Odysen where the website has been stored.
How do I move a website from one folder to another folder?
Highlight the website that you'd like to move, click the "Move" button and select the new folder location. To make moving a folder easier, the initial folder view you'll see will be the same folder view that you were previously looking at. This can be helpful as most of your moving will probably be from one sub-folder to another, either within the same parent folder or another one nearby.
How can I view just the websites that I've added?
This can be helpful, especially when viewing all the websites in your network in the All folder. To do this, just select the button "My Websites" and the websites will be filtered to only show the websites that you've added to the network.
