Actions
Organize your projects, activities and larger events with the actions application. Add different variables to define the action, use the many filtering and sorting options to keep organized as your projects expand and grow.
Creating an Action
The variables you can add or assign to each action.

Name: Add the name of the action into a text box.

Owner: Select from a list of people the folder is shared with.

Status: Add a status of unassigned, assigned, in progress, pending, completed and verified.

Priority: Assign a priority of the action, from 1 to 10.

Due Date: Set a specific day that the action is due.

Due Time: Specify a time if appropriate.

Description: Add a short description of the task or action.
Key Features
Options available once you select an action.

Edit: Change any of the variables from when the action was created.

Move: Select to move the action from one folder to another.

Email: For sending an email notification to inform others.

Take: Claim ownership of actions that are unassigned.

Copy: To make a new action from replicating an existing action.

Slideshow: Review and edit your actions in a slideshow view.

Delete: Removing the action from your network.
Filter Options
Change the actions that you’re viewing by selecting a filter.

All Actions: The default view, showing all the actions for that folder.

My Actions: Only that actions that are assigned to you.

Unassigned: For actions that aren’t yet owned by anyone.

Pending: To see if any have been held up for some reason.

Completed: Viewing the work you’ve finished.
Sorting Options
Click on any of the column headers to sort ascending or descending.

Name: The default view, sorting alphabetically.

Priority: View the highest priority actions first.

Status: Sort by their stage of progress.

Due: Organize by their appropriate deadline.

Updated: To see where progress has been made.

Owner: Group together according to who’s responsible.

Created: View the actions from when they were added.
