Comments
The Comments application can be helpful to provide feedback for each of the different applications. Add to specific application items, email to inform others and see an integrated view in the comments tab.
Creating a Comment
The variables to add when creating a comment.

Subject: Add the name of the comment into a text box.

Content: Put in the details of your comment, including rich text editing options to better enhance aspects of your comment.
Key Features within Applications
Options available after you’ve added a comment to an application item.

Edit: If you’ve made a mistake, you can go back and make the fix.

Email: To inform others of your new comment.

Delete: Removing the comment from your network.

Sorting Options
Click on any of the column headers to sort ascending or descending.

Subject: The default view, sorting alphabetically.

Author: Sort by the author of the comments.

When: View by the most recent comments added.

Application: Organize comments by their application type.

Item Name: Sort comments by the name of the application item.
